Same number as last week, 33 thirsty DH3 runners/walkers braved muggy, humid weather, hoping the rain would stay away. Which it did. Browneye sent the pack off at precisely 6pm up the bike path towards Lims Hotel (Now called the Beachfront) with Furburger caring the pictures for the run. A left turn on to the Rapid Creek footbridge turned out to be a very long false trail. Back across the bridge and left up Rapid Creek road bike path to the Pump Station near Trower Road. Left across the water pipe crossing Rapid Creek where the walkers deserted the trail and wandered back home. The main pack continued on to Alawa oval, Ellengowan Dve roundabout, the back of the University and along the bike path to the Rapid Creek Footbridge and back home. The walkers/shortcutters were home by 6.35pm and the runners were home by 6.50pm

BACK AT THE TRAILER
No bludgers tonight. The Hare, Braman (who is on the dry for February) looked after the trailer and everybody else attempted some or all, of the run. (Well done) Braman had the tucker ready to go, so the pack tucked into the Curried Sausages before the Circle

Monkey got a DD because of a news report that a feral Monkey was seen in the suburb of Lyons. Gonzo tried to fine Woodchip for littering. No A/GM tried to fine Hash Haberdash (Jenset) for wearing a nice polo from the Bed Push and not releasing other shirts to the Hash – Failed. Browneye took Havasack’s fine for trying to fine Genset. Browneye whinged but did the down down.

New Runners – Nobody

Returning Runners – Crusher, Tumbleweed, Dammit Janet, Willing, Toejob, Buttons.
Chook Fucker – CBD still has a fake chook. Has been called Plover Lover. No Takers.
Jokes – Steakout told one about the lack of Suicide Bombers and Virgins. Rhino told a very funny true story about being picked up by a Cop on his way to the dump and then being picked up by the same Cop on the way home. (and he was clean both times)

The Circle finished AT 7.40pm.
