Perhaps Shilid is nearer 79 than 120 but I hate to spoil a good story. OBE is not quite that old. At precisely 6pm Browneye sent a pack of 38 runners and walkers off towards upstream Rapid Creek. A check and a false trail which took us further upstream. The real trail headed off into Millner. Lots of scungy Milner streets led us to a piss stop of Orange Juice laced with white wine and Brandy at the Velodrome on Old McMillans Road. Then the shortest route home. (Which would be Headjob or Goose). Most of the pack were home by 6.45pm.

The pack was a bit apprehensive about the weather. Thunder rolled and dark clouds gathered but the rain stayed away.

At 8.00pm Vice GM, Barbwire and Choir Master Gonzo commenced proceedings.

DOWN DOWNS

The Hares had an early drink because of the lack of tape marking the trail. Shitlid took half the night finding and drinking his D.D. Then explained in lurid detail how he got his Hash Name. Browneye got a D.D. (I think) for having to stay drinking piss because his bike was boxed in.

Returning Runners – Pussy, Pussy’s daughter (Kitten) and Dingo

Visitors – Fatz from Melbourne, brought along by Dingo. Fatz ran hash with us once before, 10 years ago and vividly remembers the Thrilla in Manilla when Braman and LLL did their best to fall off the Nightcliff Cliffs.

Chook Fucker – CBD was missing in Action. Rural still has the Chook. See the attached re ransom notes and our reply (very poetical) Jokes – Barbwire, Gonzo, Animal and Barbwire again entertained us with Jokes.
