Run 1956

Run 1956 - 15. March 2010

The LOCATION
Hidden Valley

The RUN
Set by: Goose

Yes that’s right, we had the pleasure of listening to some dirt bikes doing training 200m next to us..but this time hash started later. As you might recall there was an accident on Stuart Highway so some hashers got stucked in the traffic. In the end 24 more or less late comers made their way through the bushes of Hidden Valley. But as mentioned instead of listening to nature we listened to different motor bikes. While runners did the long way and even crossed a small creek walkers went on the main track and even than they had some bikies driving by. So no wonder most hashers short cutted and were back 6.45pm. Last runner was back by 7.05 pm to enjoy the last bit of the bikie training

BACK AT THE TRAILER
There was no trailer. Goose had to set the run on his own and do all the food because Paddy his co hare was sick. So no trailer this time

THE BOOZE
VB and Cascade Light stubbies.

THE CIRCLE
The circle started after the tucker, so everyone was relaxed and more or less satisfied. At 7.35 pm Vice GM, Barbwire and Choir Master Gonzo commenced proceedings.

DOWN DOWNS

To make it short..it was a very short circle, very short, not the shortest ( I think Goose still holds the record for the shortest circle) but it was short. Sir Animal had the pleasure to drink from his new shoes (new not bleached) and than we had a couple of jokes. HIV complained about the trail marking and seeing a snake but he didn’t actually fine the hare. No other business this time, I told you it was short.. and because we had no trailer and no lights the last person left at 8:16 pm.

New Runners – Nobody

Returning Runners – This time we had a couple of returning runners.. Phanton, Taxi Rider, HIV and Horse, all got the traditional down down and welcome back drink.
Jokes – Barbwire’s salty sausage joke, Goose’s Italian Pope fucking fish joke, Cricket’s riding dog joke

The Circle finished AT 2037 when the Vice GM Barbwire, cut the 1950th Cake.

THE TUCKER Ham, Chutney and Bread

THE HARES Goose
