It must have been one of these Mondays where everyone was away because we only had 19 brave runners turning up for a beautiful bush run near the city. The run was set through Charles Darwin National Park and had small water crossing, hills and a lot of bush. It was well set and you were never sure if the trail wouldn't go into deep bush land around the next corner.
Some runners needed a helping hand because they were not used to the hill they discovered on the run but all together all managed and showed off their very dirty shoes covered in mud and soaked in water. Nobody managed to get lost and even the walkers didn't short cut too much, so the run ended with a beautiful sunset and lot of smiling faces. And for the record the run was set on blue tape. So as usual this sets a new standard for nice bush runs. Last man back at 7:07pm.

DOWN DOWNS

I had a look at my notes and guess what we only had one down down this time but to be fair it was a really short circle again. And the down down this time was for CBD, for being a returning runner and chook fucker.

Newies, visitors – Nobody
Chook Fucker – CBD was back but had no nominations this time but he offered the chook to Headjob for cleaning and a bit of makeup. She refused to take it but Gonzo with his big heart took the chook under his wings and promised to take care of it. So lets say we name him chook carer instead of chook fucker this time.
