A pack of 32 runners/walkers accompanied by a plethora of dogs set out from Cricket’s construction site at the old Waratah Oval at 6.00pm. Into some long grass fuckarwe country and then out onto a grassy plain. We arrived at the back entrance to Lake Alexander where the doggy people had to turn off and head back with the short cutters. (No dogs allowed on the East Point Park). The doggy people and short cutters headed home via East Point Road and Fannie Bay Shops and got home about 6.40pm. The real runners headed up around the old Darwin Golf club and then back to a piss stop of Light and Green Ginger Wine at Lake Alexander. The runners came in about 7.00pm

Gonzo did the run with his Grandson Thomas who was in a stroller. It being a Monday Public Holiday, we had a bevy of Casauarina Hashmen join us, who still like running Mondays. (Casuarina Hash run on Tuesday if Monday is a Public Holiday)

At 7.43pm Vice GM, Barbwire and Choir Master Gonzo commenced proceedings.

DOWN DOWNS

Casuarina Hashmen, Rewire and Killer were up for running with Darwin Hash. (Rewire was also up for sitting on his chair during the circle) The Hares, Monkey and Cricket were up early for setting a run from their Construction Site which was destroying an old Darwin icon (Waratah Oval)
New Runners - Cottontail and Simple were caught wearing new runners and did a down down. They were ordered to swap shoes for the drink. Cottontail did not enjoy her dd.
Returning Runners – Sally and her dog somehow escaped a dd. Dip Tests – General and Ha. General cooled his appendage but Ha was excused because she is probably too bruised from the Honeymoon.
Visitors – Crusader from Tokyo Hash. Chook Fucker – General returned from his Honeymoon with Ha with a very strangled chook which he handed over to Animal, for losing his car keys at General’s wedding.
Jokes – Monkey told a Harrods joke. Gonzo also told a Harrods joke and a Wedding joke.

The Circle finished AT 8.05pm.
